Important Information
The venue opens at 1:00 PM. Please arrive by 1:30 PM so everyone is seated, and the ceremony can begin promptly at 2:00 PM.
If, due to an emergency, you are running late, please do not arrive between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM. The ceremony will be taking place outdoors next to the entrance to the venue, and vehicles arriving during this time may interrupt
the ceremony.

14:30 – Drinks Reception & Group Photo
16:30 – Wedding Breakfast
19:15 – Band Kicks off the Party
20:00 – BBQ in the Courtyard
21:30 – Amber Dust Ritual, S’mores, Dancing
23:30 – Groom Send-off
23:30 – Last Orders at the Bar

Guests staying at the venue
Please note that the guest rooms will be available from 2:00 PM.
If you are staying overnight, we kindly ask that you leave your luggage in your car or by the door of your allocated room upon arrival. The venue staff will be happy to place your belongings in your room once it is ready, allowing you to enjoy the ceremony without any interruptions.
Breakfast in the morning is served
between 8:30 and 9:30 in the breakfast room.
Rooms must be vacated by 10am.

The closest airport is Birmingham airport, but you can also fly into any London airport which has excellent train and motorway connections
to the venue.
The nearest train station is Craven Arms (SY7 9QP), followed by a 12-minute taxi ride to the venue.
There is plenty of free parking available on site if you choose to drive.
If you decide to drive to the venue and take a taxi back to the hotel at the end of the night, please note that all cars must be collected
by 10:00 AM the next morning.

We kindly ask that you pre-book your taxi both to and from the venue in advance to ensure you’re not left without transport, as the venue has confirmed that no taxis can be booked on demand in the area, and we’d hate for anyone to get stuck!
